“Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.”
- Comfort and ease rarely promote an intimacy with God. If you are going along with the majority, chances are you are headed the wrong way. Going along with the crowd is often a bad idea, and it may be an indication of where you will spend your eternity. If you are traveling with the majority, you need to double-check your destination because you will never drift toward God. A real and intentional entry into heaven is far better than a quick and effortless entry into hell.
- Are you going along with the crowd, or standing strong for Christ?
- Will you stand strong, even when times are tough?
- Is your standing with God more important than your comfort on earth?
